The breath changes your blood chemistry in seconds.
Carbon dioxide drops. Oxygen floods the tissues. Your nervous system reads this as: safe. Shift.
Somatic practices work differently. They speak directly to the body's stored patterns. The places where old experiences live not as memories, but as tension, bracing, held breath.
Sound works at a cellular level. Different frequencies alter the internal environment. Slowing brainwaves, shifting you from beta (doing, defending) into alpha and theta (receiving, integrating).
Energy work moves what hasn't moved in years. The body holds charge. When that charge finds a pathway, it releases.
What I layer in a session is all of this. Not randomly. Each modality woven in at the right moment of your arc. Breath opens the door. Soma releases the grip. Sound softens the field. Energy clears the residue.
Four doorways instead of one. And the result is not a peak state that fades.
It's a wider baseline. A more expansive range that becomes who you are.
