Vulcan Jiu Jitsu

A huge thank you from all of us at Vulcan to Luke and Josh from Workshop Jiu Jitsu for making the trip up from Wellington and sharing their knowledge with the team this weekend.
It was awesome to experience there perspective on the CLA approach, pick up new ideas, and get put through our paces both in the class and during the tough rounds that followed. The quality of training, coaching, and rolling was outstanding and gave everyone plenty to think about and work on moving forward.

Thanks also to everyone who came along to the class and open mat over the weekend. It's great to see the collaboration between Jiu Jitsu gyms in the community working together, learning from each other, and helping grow the sport.

We're looking forward to more collaborations in the future🤙
