Weird how things line up sometimes — lately I’ve been thinking about whether NZ has a dedicated organisation or awareness week for maternal mental health. During my evening scrolling, I finally looked it up… and what do you know — it’s World Maternal Mental Health Day TODAY 🤍

So here’s a little post to acknowledge a cause that deserves so much more attention x
