📌 Requirements:
• Junior High & Senior High School Graduates: School ID (Photocopy)
• College Graduate: Any valid ID (Photocopy)

For beneficiaries not present on the scheduled date:

Only immediate family members are allowed to claim the monetary grant. Please bring the following:
