We’ve shared plenty of photos of SPES jackets over the years, but this is definitely a first - paintings!

KC Bae captured HEMA coaches in oil, wearing their SPES gear. We’re absolutely delighted to see our jackets become part of something so unique.

This custom Sellsword Jacket takes a deep green base and covers it with a historical-inspired pattern, giving the whole piece a distinctly old-world character.

Then come the pink tapes.

Practical, eye-catching, and just bold enough to make sure this jacket doesn’t disappear into the crowd.

Classic black. With just a little bit of trouble.

A custom HEMA set combining the Officer Jacket and Dragonfly Trousers - mostly black, but with a few carefully chosen detours: an orange sleeve, a white trouser leg and red stitching.

Sometimes all it takes is a few clicks in the customizer to make a classic look a little less predictable.

Classic black paired with contrasting pink sleeve tapes - a combination you simply can’t go wrong with.

A little custom touch can completely change the character of a jacket.

For this custom FG jacket, we went with a historical pattern covering the entire surface. To push the medieval look a little further, we added a simple leather belt - and suddenly, the whole set started to resemble a quilted garment straight out of the Middle Ages.

A Rogue with a different look.

This custom AP Rogue jacket combines a black base with patterned sleeves and bold yellow accents - a small change in colour and fabric that gives the whole jacket a completely different character.

The two-colour Dragonfly trousers complete the set.

The Rogue was originally inspired by fantasy warriors and designed to combine a distinctive look with mobility. This version takes that idea one step further.

A classic, with a custom twist.

This AP PLUS 350N comes in a custom version featuring a historical pattern across selected parts of the jacket - adding a bit of character to an already versatile HEMA classic.

Good mobility, adjustable fit, and plenty of room for customization.
