Tai Chi - Moving Meditation - Lagos

Hey all.
Monday evening, 7th September, we have a unique offering of a Tai Chi double header.

I will be hosting my usual class in ‘La Casa del Corpo’ at 7:15pm (see new price structure above).

At 7pm Ed, my teacher, will be hosting the final advertised Sunset Session in Lagos park (usual location).

Come and experience the teachings of a Taoist Monk whilst the opportunity remains.

Hello all.
As mentioned before, Monday nights venue, La Casa del Corpo has a new owner and they have made changes to how the business works.

There is now a unified pricing structure for all the classes held at the venue. All classes cost the same and you are able to make it cheaper by purchasing a 10 class pass (see attached photos)

My other classes will remain at €10 per person per class.
Unfortunately I will no longer be offering the discounted price for any additional class during the same week.

A selection of 1 hour classes and guidance with Ed, my teacher and an Ordained Taoist monk with 25 years Tai Chi experience. Ed practices the unique ‘Temple Style - Flow & Follow’.

Hello everyone.

Tai Chi classes start again on September 1st.

The schedule will remain the same as before although the price has unfortunately changed for the Monday night session due to a management change at the venue (more details to come on that).

My Tai Chi teacher Ed, will be arriving soon and is hosting a series of classes during the first week of September.
