Special PXI Testing classes at BFT HF!
For the past two days at 930am, our studio conducted a very special version of the Cardio Summit and Hyper (LB) classes, different from what everyone else was doing globally. Our studio was privileged to be a test centre for HQ and run a (potential) future program.
The objective of these PXI Testing classes were to 1)
Determine the PXI points to medal (🥇 🥈🥉) 2) Establish the targets (cals/ reps/ distance etc. as well as the work-rest ratio for the program 3) Gather feedback from both the Members’ and Coaches’ perspective
So if you were one of the lucky ones to have attended either one of these two classes in the last two days, it’s a major FLEX 💪🏼 . You were the first in the world to have done the program and every BFT Studio globally will soon enjoy a more polished version of the program you did BECAUSE of your participation and performance!

Building that upper body strength requires one key ingredient: consistency.
Bench press is a staple in this training block, and it’s all about showing up, putting in the reps, and dialing up the volume. Every session builds on the last, helping you stack strength over time. Remember, progress doesn’t happen overnight, but with dedication to each rep and set, results will follow. Keep pushing, keep pressing, and keep progressing.

Unilateral exercises, like SA Rack Squat or Land Mine RDL SL, target one side of the body at a time. They help identify and correct muscle imbalances, improve core stability, and enhance overall strength. By challenging your body in this way, you can boost coordination, prevent injury, and increase functional performance. Incorporating unilateral movements into your routine builds balanced strength, which leads to better posture, agility, and power in everyday tasks and athletic activities.
💡 Pro Tip: start with your non-dominant side and train both equally to maximize your potential and minimise injury risk!
