If you stop achieving… do you still feel worthy?
Because I didn’t. For years.

I tied my worth to what I achieved.
The job title. The praise. The results.
If I wasn’t delivering, I didn’t feel like I mattered.
Then, one day in a coaching session, my mentor asked me:
“Who are you, who is Leila?”
I froze.
I had no idea what to say.
Because no one had ever asked me that.
And I had never asked myself either.

This is what I see in so many high-achievers I work with:
→ They feel guilty when they slow down.
→ They chase promotions just to feel “enough.”
→ They work harder, hoping it will quiet the doubt.
That’s not ambition.
That’s the Hyper-Achiever saboteur whispering:
“You’re only as good as your last success.”

But here’s what I’ve learned:
💡 Loving yourself unconditionally doesn’t make you less driven.
It just makes you less dependent on proving your worth.

When you stop chasing validation,
→ You grow from clarity, not pressure.
→ You choose impact over image.
→ And ironically?
You succeed more, because you’re no longer running from fear.
