This is Archer’s Pose — a beautiful expression of focus, strength, and openness. Just like an archer drawing a bow, you are finding both stability and expansion at the same time.

It’s not about how deep you go, but how present you are in the pose. Some days the stretch feels light, some days it challenges you—that’s all part of the journey. Keep breathing, keep softening, and trust your body to open up gradually.
