Over 3 action-packed days, kids will be introduced to the foundations of CrossFit and HYROX through games, challenges, teamwork activities, and age-appropriate exercises designed to develop movement skills, coordination, confidence, and fitness.
Whether your child is already active or just getting started, our experienced CrossFit Kids coaches will ensure they have a safe, enjoyable, and rewarding experience.

One of the biggest workouts of the year is almost here.
Murph is a true CrossFit tradition — a rite of passage for many in the community — but it’s absolutely open to everybody as well. Whether you’re taking on the workout solo, tackling it with a partner, or simply showing up to be part of the atmosphere, this is an experience you’ll remember.
And while Murph is tough, the reason we do it is not to glorify war. We do it to remember and give thanks to those who gave their lives in service so that others may live safely and peacefully in our little red dot. It is a reminder of sacrifice, duty, resilience, and selflessness — values that go far beyond fitness.
Every year, Murph becomes more than just a workout. It becomes a shared community experience of pushing through discomfort together, supporting one another, and appreciating the freedoms and safety we often take for granted.
No matter your fitness level, there will be scaling options available. Come challenge yourself, support one another, and experience one of the best community days of the year at MethodX.
