If you've been missing our regular Strength & Conditioning and Functional Interval Training sessions conducted by Let's Sport Singapore every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening, don't worry—we've got great news for you!

We are introducing two additional training sessions:
📍 Venue: Blk 395A Bukit Batok West Ave 5, Multi-Storey Carpark, Level 6
🚆 Just a 5-minute walk from Gombak MRT Station

🗓 Tuesday – 7:00 PM
🗓 Sunday – 5:00 PM

As Singapore’s ageing population continues to grow rapidly, it is time to encourage all Singaporeans in this age group to begin strengthening their overall health and fitness before it is too late.
