With over 13 years in mind-body movement, Elena’s teaching reflects a quiet philosophy: that movement is not something to perfect, but something to understand. A slow, guided experience in Japanese Tsumami Zaiku where fabric is folded with care and intention into delicate floral forms. Each movement is simple, mindful, and grounding, allowing you to ease into the process rather than rush through it.
Beginner-friendly and hands-on, this session is led by certified trainers from Palette Japan Asia. You will be guided step by step as you transform upcycled Japanese fabric into a 2-in-1 floral accessory that can be worn as a hair clip or a brooch. Each piece becomes something personal, meaningful, and lasting.
This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and create with presence. Come with a friend, bring your child, or share the experience with a parent, sibling, or partner. It is designed as a gentle shared moment as much as it is a personal one. No prior experience is needed.

We’re delighted to welcome Elena to the HER Wellness Club teaching team.
Elena’s journey into movement began during her student years through yoga, where her curiosity for the mind-body connection first took root. After graduating from college, she spent two years in the finance industry before making a full transition into the world of movement—pursuing her passion with intention and dedication. Today, she brings over 13 years of professional experience across teaching, practice, and continued study.
Since 2022, Elena has been teaching contemporary Pilates, with a strong focus on integrating fascial movement concepts into her work. Each session begins with detailed static and dynamic assessments, allowing her to create highly individualised programmes tailored to each client’s needs.
Her teaching is grounded in the core principles of Pilates, delivered through a precise, scientific, and efficient approach. She focuses on improving alignment, restoring functional movement, enhancing quality of motion, and deepening the mind-body connection.
