2. Learn to Swim Level: Once your child has gained water confidence, they are ready for our Learn to Swim Level. We teach essential skills such as proper body positioning, basic strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and survival strokes), and breathing techniques. Our goal is to help students become comfortable and competent swimmers. At this stage, they will also undergo swimming tests like the swim safer programme, which equips learners with essential survival swimming skills.

3. Development Swimming: As your child progresses, we enter the Development Swimming phase. Here, the focus shifts to refining swimming techniques, building endurance, and enhancing performance. Students will learn advanced stroke techniques like butterfly and develop efficient swimming mechanics. They will work on building strength, stamina, and experience the thrill of swimming competitions through the SSPA (Singapore Swimming Proficiency Award) program.

4. Pre-Competitive Level: For swimmers aspiring to join a swim team or take their skills to the next level, our Pre-Competitive Level is ideal. Training intensifies with a strong emphasis on speed, endurance, and mastering advanced swimming techniques. Swimmers will engage in specific drills, race simulations, and start developing a competitive mindset.

5. Competitive Level: Our Competitive Level is the pinnacle of our swim teaching program. It is designed for swimmers actively participating in competitive swimming events. Training becomes highly specialized and tailored to each swimmer's individual goals and events. Our dedicated coaches focus on refining technique, enhancing race strategies, optimizing physical conditioning, and providing mental preparation for competitive success.
