AI is no longer futuristic—it is embedded in daily life - a quiet revolution. From voice assistants to habit-tracking apps, it shapes how we work, make decisions, and manage our families.

Earlier generations relied on instinct and simplicity. Parenting, for instance, was guided by observation and natural rhythms. Today, it is increasingly data-driven, with apps tracking feeding, sleep, and routines. This shift reflects a generational change—from intuition to analytics.

One may ask, is this helpful or limiting? Both. Technology offers structure, reassurance, and insight, especially for new parents. Yet over-reliance can weaken confidence in personal judgment. Balance is essential. The modern home reflects this shift. Smart devices automate chores and schedules, improving convenience perhaps.

At work, AI enhances efficiency and reduces repetitive tasks, allowing focus on higher-value work. However, excessive dependence may erode critical thinking and initiative.

Does this sound like we are progressing or losing something? Once again, both. AI delivers efficiency and access, and perhaps challenges human connections. The goal is to balance integrating new tools without losing the values.
There are four practical ways on how we can integrate them:

1. Accept change
Adapt with clarity rather than resist.

2. Stay open
Combine technology with experience.

3. Remain in control
Use tools intentionally.

4. Stay human
Prioritise connection and empathy.

AI belongs in our lives. The real question is how we live alongside it? The choices we make today will shape our future—our work, relationships, and values.

At PEPWorldwide Asia, we believe leadership readiness comes from combining structured tools, data insights, and human judgment. We’d love to hear your experience. Drop us a text or connect with us at [email protected] to continue the conversation.

It doesn’t always have to be corporates high level talks, or meetings at expensive cafes.
I truly enjoyed the company of this new community and friendship I have in London.
It is such a privilege knowing them, and learning so much from their journey and experiences. Everyone of them have been living in UK for decades, and they are from all walks of life.
I am so grateful that they have brought me closer to God through our daily prayers and fellowship.

I started taking care of babies since when I was 16. My youngest brother is 16 years younger than me, and I was practically like a mother to him.
I became a first time mom when I was 26, and my 2nd child was born when I was 30.
And now, as a grandmother, it was so natural to me on how to care for babies. Those babysitting skills never left me! It still seemed like‘yesterday’ when I cared for my babies. 😅.

I’m enjoying even more now as a FIFO grandmother. 😅

This generation has the advantage to be supported by AI tools and more informed knowledge on how to be better parents.

Nevertheless, experience is still very important, and is the best teacher for parenting.

I am so proud that both my daughters are now amazing mothers to their children, and I am so grateful that they are enjoying their parenthood journey .

Humbled and Honoured.
These 2 words come to mind when I was conferred Hon. Doctorate Degree by EIMT-Switzerland at the Westminister Palace, House of Lord in London on 28 March 2026.

There’s no stopping when it comes to continuous learning and progress in oneself. There’s no stopping when it comes to contributions to the community, and making a difference in someone’s life. These are graces from God, and great blessings.

God knows what’s best for me, and for as long as I can, I will continue to serve and fulfil my purpose.
