This 2-hour taster is your chance to try Contemporary Partnering before the full July course begins. You’ll get a real taste of what we cover — trust and connection exercises, partnering principles, and your first lift — in a non-intimidating, consent-led space. The July Contemporary Partnering Course is 4 sessions of structured, progressive partner work, starting with same size lifts, progressing to optional overhead lifts. Progressions are offered throughout — you work at your level, every session.

Step into your power with Poca's Heels Foundation Series! Whether you're new to dancing in heels or looking to refine your fundamentals, this course is your perfect starting point. We'll kick things off with the essentials: mastering your walk, posture, and weight shifts during the first two weeks. As you build confidence and control, you'll progress into advanced techniques, including floorwork, dynamic lines, and more!

Street Jazz: From Foundations to Choreography 🆙⭐️

This transitional course is designed to bridge the gap between beginner Street Jazz and Level 1. While learning basic foundations is essential, it often isn’t enough to prepare dancers for the pace of a full choreography class. In this course, Poca will break down key techniques that sharpen musicality, coordination, and pick-up speed, helping students absorb choreography more effectively. Students will learn 2 sets of choreography progressively over eight weeks, building confidence and choreography retention. Perfect for dancers ready to elevate their skills to step into our Level 1 classes!
