Is about time - The Sierra Leone Football Academy's artificial turf pitch will be ready for training and playing purposes exclusively for the National teams by Monday, February 12th.
Additionally, the substitution benches and perimeter fencing will be completed by Saturday morning.
This is fantastic news for the National teams, as they will have access to a top-notch facility for training and playing.

Senegal 🇸🇳 midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate has been given permission to depart Teranga Lions camp at the ongoing AFCON 2023 in Côte d’Ivoire to go and attend his father’s burial.
His father passed away today in Dakar. RIP!

“Must-win” – Chairman Urges Players ahead of Freetonians SLIFA clash
The Chairman of Real Republicans FC, Alhaji Umaru Bah has told his players that their weekend fixtures in the ongoing Sierra Leone Premier League is a “must-win” against Freetonians SLFA FC at the Angola playing field on Saturday, March 4 2023.
The Soccer Ambassadors has failed to secure a winning in three consecutive matches (draw 1, loss 2) and the Chairman wants the team to return to winning ways against SLIFA in order to avoid the relegation zone.
Kwullay Conteh’ side play host to the Freetonians SLIFA at the Angola playing field, currently sat 14th in the Premier League standings and a point shy of safety after their 1-0 defeat to East End Lions last Saturday at the Trade Center field.
Looking ahead to this weekend’s game against 11th placed SLIFA, Chairman Bah said despite failing to secure a winning in their past three games, he strongly believes that the boys have what it takes to see off SLIFA on Saturday.
“This is a must-win game for us. I don't expect the boys to lose against SLIFA; despite it was lacklustre performances in our past matches. This match means a lot to us, especially in our quest to secure a place in the first half of the table in our last three matches in the first round of the Sierra Leone Premier League, the Real Republicans Football Club Chairman who doubles as the Leone Stars 'B' Team Manager noted.

Real Republicans to host Diamond Stars on Sunday
Real Republican Football Club will face another huge test when they host fourth-place Diamond Stars FC at the Angola playing field on Sunday, January 22, in the 2022/23 Sierra Leone Premier League.
Coach Kwellay Conteh will be looking forward to avoiding back-to-back defeats against Diamond Stars after losing to Luawa FC last Sunday at the Parade playing ground.
The Soccer Ambassadors are 8th-placed in the table, having played eight games, won two, and drew two with four defeats.
A win for the host will see them have a sound footing in the first half of the table.

Real Republicans FC secured a back-to-back victory after a 1-0 triumph over kamboi Eagles at the Angola playing field on Sunday.
Dennis Kamara, who was awarded the Man of the Match Award - scored the only goal for the Soccer Ambassadors in the 23rd minute.
Our first win of the season was against Wusum Stars last week Thursday.
