There are plenty of reasons to avoid a yoga class.
However, there are far more reasons to override the resistance and say yes!
Usually one class is all it takes to remind you of how good the practice feels- physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Plus, the more you practice, the more you enjoy these benefits.
So in our opinion- yoga is always a good idea 🙌
