Hustle was proud to sponsor the District 45 Fun Run & 5K again this year and even prouder to kick off race morning by getting everyone warmed up and ready to GO!

A little rain never hurt anybody. 😉 Huge shoutout to everyone who showed up, embraced the weather, and got those miles in this morning.

We had a great crew come out this morning for Coach Nate’s Build a Better Squat workshop! Breaking down technique, answering questions, making adjustments, and helping everyone better understand what goes into building a stronger squat.

Love seeing our members show up on a Saturday morning ready to learn and get better 👏

“I got engaged and knew I wanted to make a change not only a “wedding diet” change but a full lifestyle change.

Since July 2024, I’ve lost 45 pounds. But, the number on the scale isn’t even the biggest victory. I’ve gained strength, confidence, discipline, and a belief in myself that I didn’t have before.

There were days I wanted to skip workouts. Days when progress felt slow. But the coaches at Hustle never stopped pushing me to be better, stronger, and more capable than I thought I could be. They held me accountable, celebrated every win, and reminded me that consistency beats perfection every time.

This journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s been worth every early morning, every drop of sweat, and every challenge. 💪”

What. A. July. ☀️💪💜

Looking back through these photos, it’s hard to believe how much happened in just one month.

We celebrated member wins, watched incredible transformations unfold, hosted workshops and events, welcomed new faces, and continued building something that’s so much bigger than a gym. These photos are just a glimpse of it all, with moments from our events alongside milestones, before & afters, and stories shared by members in our VIP group.

If this is what our community accomplished during one of the busiest months of the year, imagine what’s possible heading into the fall.

We’re not slowing down.

🎉 Congratulations to our 2026 Summer Shred Winner, Janett! 🏆💰

Janett is taking home the $500 Summer Shred prize after 30 days of showing up, staying consistent, reducing her body fat, and increasing her muscle mass. 👏

Earning a spot in the Summer Shred Winner’s Circle started with making a commitment to herself. Thirty days may not seem like a long time, but sticking to a plan, showing up day after day, and staying accountable takes real commitment. “Why do I love Hustle? That’s a really good question. As a life long athlete I have always had the desire to be “fit”-whatever the heck that means. Now at 56, I am finally feeling I am getting there thanks to Hustle - I look at this picture and I don’t see the 205 Ibs I am carrying - I see the strong legs, ankles, hips and knees holding me up for over 3 miles - I see broad shoulders and strong arms that allow me to pull thru - and what is not seen is the coaches that are behind me - and all the rest who have designed Hustle to be what it is today - all of them encouraging me to keep going - to get stronger both physically, mentally and personally. Each day they strive to help everyone who walks thru the door without judgement accepting everyone where they are at the first time they grab the door. So I can say the Hustle was the best Facebook find I have ever had.”
