The Lotus Catfe is a cat lounge, yoga studio, and safe space for all! Both have a deep love for cats and want to help them find their furrever homes!

The Lotus Catfe is a cat lounge and yoga studio created by mother/daughter duo, Nicole and Skye. The pair are also passionate about creating a space where all feel welcome and free to be themselves. The yoga classes and the cat room are in separate rooms at separate times! A yoga class is $10 per person and a cat room entry is also $10 per person. The cat room entry includes a free single serve coffee, tea, or canned drink. We also offer card readings! We will be selling tarot cards, crystals, candles, art, and more!

Talladega AnimalControl is looking for an adopter for this spayed, 6-8 year old, female cat who is not fond of the other cats at the shelter. Bringing her to the rescue would stress her out further so we are hoping to find an adopter for her right away. I honestly think she would do fine with another non-aggressive cat over time. If you are interested, either comment below or reach out directly to the shelter.

We have great news! Calypso has been adopted…by her foster! 💗 Her foster is also the adopter of Coco, and as you can see here, she and Calypso have become great friends. We’re so happy for all of them!

This is a very belated update, but I figured some people would still like to know!

We were able to get Sunkist his extraction surgery for a fraction of the estimated cost through Hope Animal Clinic instead of the specialist. So back in August, Sunkist had 11 teeth removed! His surgery and recovery went well. He had trouble with food for a bit, because he still associated it with pain.

He is now thriving! He can eat wet and dry food again, can groom without pain, and he just seems so much happier and healthier. He is also enjoying having a real home and stable environment.

We love Sunkist so much and we’re glad he’s living his best life now!

Calypso, or Callie for short, has really begun to come out of her shell! Her foster says she is a big lovebug and will follow you wherever you go. She’s very affectionate and does well with other cats. She is ready for her furrever home, so please reach out if you are interested!
