Camping at PNWIC... here is info from fairgrounds...

First, welcome to the Grant County Fairgrounds. We are the largest equestrian facility in the State and work hard to make sure you have a great experience while you are here.

Here are a few things to consider as you arrive:

Make sure your RV is the length allowed in each specific campground. If it’s too long you will be asked to move.

North campground – 30 feet

Pavilion campground – 35 feet

East campground – 40 feet

Rodeo campground – 40 feet

Southfield campground – 40 feet

Dogs must be leashed at all times and please, pick up after your dog. There’s nothing worse for a camper than to step in a pile of **** then tracking it into your RV.

Please keep your dogs out of the pavilions as there may be horses that are not familiar with dogs and the last thing we want to happen is for a rider to take a fall due to a dog.

We do have showers on the grounds, most bathrooms have showers and yes, the water gets hot.

If you are a coach and have signed up for multiple sites please call us at 509-765-3581 or email us at [email protected] and let us know specifically who will be in each site. This eliminates confusion when someone accidently camps in the wrong site.

Please vacate any arena that is being worked by one of our staff. This really is a safety issue and we do not want a collision between a horse and tractor.

Here are a few tidbits about our facility

We sit on 187 acres, one of the largest fairgrounds in the State of Washington.

Our stalls have power, water and are matted (446 total although we are also setting up some temp stalls in some of our cattle barns for this event).

We have an excellent grounds crew and use Three Black Widow groomers to keep our dirt perfect.

Our arenas have varying types of footing depending on the arena.

Our indoor arenas have large fans to move air if it gets warm. We also have several large porta-cools that we set up at the ends of barns to keep your horses cool.

We do not allow fires in our campgrounds and propane fire pits must be set up at least 12 inches above the grass.

We host more than 230 events each year with more than 40 large equestrian events.

Our Ardell pavilion has a Café through Top Gun Concessions, with some great food.

Our WiFi password for this event is springhassprung. Wifi works best nearer the buildings.

Please consider taking our survey with QR codes throughout our buildings. We do strive to be the best and your input really helps.

Thank you
