From July 26 – August 1, OSAA's annual moratorium gives our athletes and coaches an opportunity to step away from the gym, recharge, and spend intentional time with family and friends.

This week means: 🏐 No practices 📱 No contact between coaches and athletes 💙 Time to rest, recover, and come back ready for the season ahead.

Championship teams know that recovery is just as important as preparation. Take care of your mind, body, and relationships—we'll be ready to get back to work soon enough.

URGENT INFO:

We have a couple opportunities to support our West Albany Volleyball girls over the next few weeks as they are working to raise the last little bit of funds for our team camp.

The first one is a general WAVB car wash where are girls will be at 2 locations for you to stop by!

All proceeds go toward the girls and their team camp costs.

Please help support them in anyway you can even if its just a share!
