Wellness Wednesday for our Sponsor: You crossed the finish line; now win the next 48 hours. Post-race recovery for your feet: get out of your racing shoes soon after finishing, elevate your legs that evening, hydrate like it’s your job, and take a short walk the next day to keep blood moving. Expect general soreness that improves daily. What ISN’T normal: pinpoint foot pain, swelling that grows, or limping past day three. That’s a checkup, not a badge of honor.
