If you’re looking for high-level coaching, a competitive training environment, and a club experience built to challenge and develop players, this is your opportunity to get in front of our staff and be evaluated for the 2026–2027 travel season.

These evaluations are designed to help our coaches place players on the right team so they can continue building skills, gaining confidence, and competing at the right level.

Tiny Trues is coming to Virginia this summer 🥍💚
If your child is just getting started, this is the perfect place to learn the game, build confidence, and have fun doing it. True Virginia Girls Summer Tiny Trues is designed for Kindergarten–4th grade girls with age-appropriate drills, games, and coaching in a positive, structured environment.
Players will work with energetic, experienced coaches while building coordination, teamwork, listening skills, and confidence all summer long.

Our Summer season kicks off tomorrow, Sunday, May 17th! If you have been wanting to give us a try, this is your chance. Our Academy Player Program entails all of our practice sessions, but none of the weekend tournament commitment. The fee can be prorated if you have known conflicts. Open for 5th - 11th graders. True Virginia Girls announces evaluations for our 2026-2027 travel season! We invite all players interested in working with professional coaches and getting an unbeatable lacrosse experience to join us for our evaluations this July.

These evaluations offer players the opportunity to experience firsthand how True Lacrosse trains players. This is also a chance for coaches to evaluate players for appropriate team placement to ensure all players will be challenged while developing their skills, gaining confidence in their game, and finding success on the field.
