One of the central ideas in Wendy LeBlanc Arbuckle's work is that the body is not a machine to control, but a living process with its own innate intelligence.
Rather than asking, "Am I doing this right?" what if we became curious about what the body is already sensing and communicating?
Through decades of study in Pilates, somatics, bodywork, and embodied movement, Wendy has developed an approach that invites us to move beyond rigid ideas of "right" and "wrong" and into a more responsive relationship with ourselves.

At MOVE, we believe in movement that nourishes the body as much as it strengthens it.
Hosting master trainer Shannon Horn for a week of GYROKINESIS® training gave both new and experienced trainers the opportunity to deepen their practice, expand their understanding of the method, and reconnect to the joy of movement and learning together.
We may be a little tired, but we are incredibly inspired and excited to share this work with our community.
Classes are Mondays at 4:30 pm and Wednesdays at 12:30 pm. Stay tuned for new apprentice classes coming this summer.

Fridays at 3pm | starts 5/22 | with Natalie
🩰 Ballet Barre and Stretch is a dance class that combines standing exercises at the barre with stretching at the end of class. We will teach you foundational ballet technique, work on flexibility, posture, balance, and strength. Open to all levels, no prior experience necessary.
🧘♀️ Pilates & Stretch is structured with half Mat Pilates and half guided stretching, designed to get you moving while leaving you feeling refreshed and restored. All levels are welcome.
