Hill update! New grill patio is coming along and setting the stage for pavers across the top of the bleachers. 120 days until opening night!

This fall, we sadly lost one of WCRA’s long-standing members, Dawn Young, who passed away from cancer in September. Dawn was a beloved member of our community and an enthusiastic supporter of WCRA’s tennis and social programs. Her warmth, energy, and kindness touched so many lives over the
years.

In honor of her many contributions to the WCRA tennis community and the association as a whole, we are dedicating Tennis Court #1 as “The Dawn Young Court.” May her memory continue to inspire another generation to embrace community, friendship, and fun both on and off the court.

We invite interested parties to join us for a Dedication Ceremony and Plaque Unveiling on Friday, November 14th at 5:00 PM at the WCRA tennis pavilion.

In true Dawn fashion, this will also be a “Wine Down” social, in tribute to the happy hours she and her friends used to host when they served on the pool’s social committee. Please bring a drink, raise a glass, share a memory, and help us celebrate the wonderful spirit of Dawn Young.
