If I ever look at you with a blank stare, it’s because this is what’s going through my head 😅

A space where dancers are guided, challenged, and elevated.
We are dedicated to bolstering the confidence of local women through fun, recreational dance classes
In a life full of demands and obligations where our social lives take a back-seat, and fun is a luxury that often eludes us, we have created an empowering, positive atmosphere for women to escape from life! Our main focus is to leave you feeling strong, sexy, beautiful, and confident with the added bonus of improving your dance skills, burning calories, and making new friends.
Let’s Train Era
I literally stopped them here because I could feel it.
Everyone was trying to do it right…
instead of just letting it happen.
And that’s where dancers mess themselves up.
You get so locked into counts, timing, hitting everything clean—
that the second something feels even slightly off,
you pull back.
Now your body tightens, your face changes,
and suddenly it looks like a mistake.
But half the time… it wasn’t.
It was just your body starting to groove—
and you cut it off too early.
Not everything needs to be so controlled.
Sometimes you gotta let it sit,
let it breathe,
even if it’s not perfectly on top of the beat.
That’s where the texture comes from.
That’s where you stop looking rehearsed…
and start looking like a dancer.

Most dancers think they need harder choreography.
You don’t.
You need better training.
In this video—this is the end of the round.
Their bodies were already tired.
They had already gone through it.
And that’s exactly where I take them.
Because that is where the breakthrough happens.
I train my dancers all the way to failure.
Not to break them—
but to build familiarity in the body.
Anyone can hit it for a quick 4 or 8 count.
That’s not training.
Training is repetition.
Training is staying in it when your body wants out.
Training is pushing past the point where it feels clean… and doing it again anyway.
That’s how movement sticks.
That’s how it becomes second nature.
That’s how you stop thinking… and just move.
This is the part that’s missing in most classes.
And this is why so many dancers feel stuck.
Train. Repeat. Refine.
If you’re ready to actually train—
not just take class…
