I struggled preparing for this training. And that’s crazy to say because I spent WEEKS preparing for it. Multiple sessions with dancers. Multiple sessions by myself. Changed the song. Changed things again. Prayed over it. Overthought it. Prayed some more. 😂

I don’t think people always realize how much intention I put into these rooms.

And honestly, that’s a huge reason I stepped away from teaching every single week. I realized I wanted time to really sit with what I’m giving people. I want weeks to prepare. I want to pray over the room. I want to think about what I want dancers to walk away with beyond just 8-counts.

All week I kept praying, “God, put every person in that room who is supposed to be in that room.”

And tonight, looking around at every single person — especially so many new faces — I just kept thinking… these are the people who were supposed to be here. 🥹

We TRAINED tonight. And I poured everything I had into that room because that’s how I would want someone to train me.

I hope every dancer who ever steps into a room with me can see it, feel it, and KNOW how much I genuinely care about what I’m giving them.

I love this.
I love training dancers.
I love what I do.

So, so much. 🤍

Nothing too schmancy 😂 just something simple & feel good.

But while I’m here… I’m gonna promote myself because HELLO 😂 let’s be real, that’s what I’m here for.

And more importantly, I’m here to remind you to TRAIN.

You’ve got TWO chances to train with me this month:

📍 Sept 18 — Naples
📍 Sept 24 — Fort Myers
OPEN STYLE CHOREOGRAPHY

And I want to say this because sometimes all you guys get to see on here is the choreography.

In a world that moves SO fast—where everybody is looking for what’s next, what’s trending, what everyone else is doing—I promise you, that’s not what I’m thinking about when I’m creating a class.

I’m thinking about you.

Who’s walking into that room?
What are they struggling with?
What are they missing?
What can I give them that they might not even realize they need yet?

Musicality. Texture. Performance. Confidence. Picking up choreography. Learning how to actually DANCE the movement instead of just remembering the steps.

That’s the stuff I care about.

I might look loud on here 😂 but there is a LOT of intention behind what I teach. My classes are never just something I’m checking off my list. I care deeply about the dancers who trust me enough to walk into that room, and I’m going to give you everything I have when you do.

So if you’ve been watching from the sidelines… come give me a chance. 🫶🏼

Come train. Come dance. Come see what we’re building.

September 18 + September 24.

Let’s Train Era

04/15/2026

Most dancers think they need harder choreography.

You don’t.
You need better training.

In this video—this is the end of the round.
Their bodies were already tired.
They had already gone through it.

And that’s exactly where I take them.

Because that is where the breakthrough happens.

I train my dancers all the way to failure.
Not to break them—
but to build familiarity in the body.

Anyone can hit it for a quick 4 or 8 count.
That’s not training.

Training is repetition.
Training is staying in it when your body wants out.
Training is pushing past the point where it feels clean… and doing it again anyway.

That’s how movement sticks.
That’s how it becomes second nature.
That’s how you stop thinking… and just move.

This is the part that’s missing in most classes.
And this is why so many dancers feel stuck.

Train. Repeat. Refine.

If you’re ready to actually train—
not just take class…
