Becca has been training at Burn for years now and the best thing about her transformation isn’t the weight she lost, it’s the lifestyle she’s created. She’s become someone who actually enjoys working out, who sees fitness as a hobby and not a chore, she now comes to the gym with her husband along side of her! She’s learned how to eat for fuel rather than dieting, she’s someone who now embraces challenges rather than shy away from them! She didn’t just check mark boxes to get where she is today, she created a path that’s enjoyable, she’s nurtured relationships that would support her goals rather than ones that throw her off track, she’s surround herself with people who constantly bring out the best in her. She’s no longer worried about the scale, she shows up consistently everyday simply because she wants to be here!
We live in a world obsessed with quick fixes. Everyone wants the result, but few are willing to embrace the accountability, discomfort, and consistency required to become someone different.
Real transformation isn’t about following a plan for a few weeks. It’s about changing the beliefs, habits, and identity that created the outcome in the first place.

As we age, strength training becomes one of the most important things we can do for our health. It helps preserve muscle mass, maintain bone density, improve balance, support independence, and reduce the risk of falls and injuries. The reality is that getting older is unavoidable, but becoming weak and fragile doesn’t have to be.
Babette is proof that strength has no age limit. Every workout is an investment in the ability to keep doing the things you love, carrying groceries, playing with grandchildren, traveling, staying active, and living life on your own terms.
Aging is inevitable. Losing your strength is not.

100 workouts doesn’t happen by accident. It takes discipline on the days you’re tired, sacrifice on the days life gets busy, and a commitment to keep showing up even when nobody sees the work behind the scenes.
What makes moments like this powerful is realizing who’s watching. Kids don’t just listen to what we say — they learn from what we consistently do. Watching their mom prioritize her health, push through hard things, and stay committed to herself teaches lessons about strength, discipline, confidence, and self-respect that will stay with them for life.
You never know how far your consistency can reach. Sometimes showing up for yourself becomes the very thing that inspires everyone around you to do the same. 💪🏽
