We are still cherishing all the memories we made this summer! Meet Gracie-Mai, who was one of our amazing counselors this summer. ā She is from Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, and she shared about her memories with Emily:
āIt was wonderful having Emily at camp. When she came back to camp for another session, and I was doing health checks, she was screaming my name to see me. It was so good to see her and her big smile again. She would also come up the path all the time, saying āGracie, Gracie, Gracie.ā I loved getting to know her, and I was always so excited to see her.ā

We are missing our counselors so much! Natalia was one of our awesome counselors this summer. ā She is from PopayĆ”n, Colombia, and she shared about spending time with Michael:
āThis week has been full of wonderful moments, and spending time with Michael has made it even more special. He is always happy, and he constantly makes me laugh with the things he says and does. His joy is contagious, and every moment with him brings a smile to my face. I'm so grateful for all the fun moments we've shared. These are the kinds of memories I know I'll carry with me for the rest of my life.ā

Meet Beth, another one of our outstanding counselors! She is from London, England, and this is her second summer at Camp Thunderbird. ā Beth recently shared an exciting moment with Joshua this summer:
āIt is my second year at camp, and I was with the twins last year. I didnāt get them into the pool for the whole four weeks they were here, which was gutting. It was gutting for their mom as well, but I wanted to make a comeback this year. Joshua got in two days in a row, and fully in on the second day. I am really, really proud of Joshua. He has been doing this for ten years, and he has gotten in every year, but last year it just didnāt happen. But this year it did, and I am really happy and thrilled with it all.ā
