Last Wednesday, August 5, 2026, seniors at the Fran Carlton Center joined AdventHealth for “Living to a Healthy 100,” a seminar exploring lessons from the world’s Blue Zones. From staying active and eating well to finding purpose, nurturing relationships, managing stress, and building a strong sense of community, the discussion highlighted simple habits that can support a longer, healthier life.

We’re proud to partner with AdventHealth to bring health, prevention, and wellness education to our senior community.
