90 Day Challenge!!!

I challenge all my parents that are in the competitive class, I challenge all my parents that are sitting in the chairs watching their children. Let’s see what a quick 90 days can do for the rest of your life!

It’s a lifestyle, a habit you have to form, it’s not easy, but whoever said life was!

Let’s do this for 90 days. Let’s see what the results can be! I turn another year soon, I don’t like that knowing my youth is leaving me, so I want to stay young as possible for as long as possible. Plus, I need to keep up with all my competitive boxers in class!

So, are you down for the 90 day challenge?
