Congratulations to all the athletes who competed in the 2026 AAU Taekwondo District & Regional Championships on May 16, 2026! 🥋

The Mid-Atlantic District Championship, held at Dock Mennonite Academy in Lansdale, PA, brought together incredible talent, discipline, and sportsmanship from across the region. As an A1-rated event and primary national qualifier for the 2026 AAU National Championships, athletes showcased their skills in Olympic sparring, sport poomsae, open traditional forms, and breaking.
