Hello Arlington! We are officially onto our October testing session!

Our home rule will now be focusing on Home Rule #5: Keep your body, hair, and teeth clean every day!

With back-to-school just around the corner we want to help our students build strong habits both inside and outside the studio.

Let’s keep practicing healthy habits at home, school and the studio!

Hello Arlington! summer is almost over with so let's end it with some shared fun!
Starting next week on the 24th Friends week is back!

Bring your friend to class, have fun training, learning and kicking each other! We look forward to seeing you all and your friends to end summer with some fun!

Testing is almost complete just the make up now then we are on to belt ceremony!
We can't wait to see all of you rank up and celebrate together! Please remember to bring extra clothing for the hand prints so we can keep uniforms nice, we will see you all Friday!

Testing is right around the corner and so is ceremony! We can't wait to see all of you test and earn the next rank!

For belt ceremony we are trying something new this time and doing a potluck and adding more handprints to our trees, if you'd like to bring something for the potluck, please sign up in the studio! Thank you and we look forward to seeing you all then!

Just a reminder that test papers and stripes are due by this Thursday July 30th.
Please make sure all completed test papers & stripes are turned in by the deadline, so you are eligible to test. If you have any questions or need another copy, please see an instructor—we're happy to help!

We are currently in week 6 so that means it's time to learn your self-defense techniques!

Every class counts so try to not miss any and as you can see, we have make-up days on the schedule please reach out in the studio for that class.

Remember to start handing in your test papers and stripes they are due by the 30th!
