If you have questions of concerns and have not done Murph before - don't worry, there are many ways to break it up and get it done without having to go unbroken. We'll go over them all with you and make sure you have a plan.

With safety as our primary concern we are moving this event by two weeks. No matter which forecast you read there is talk of icy road conditions.

In the event that this winds up not being the case we will be open for normal classes. However, we just couldn’t ask athletes from any distance to get on the roads.
