This Winter workouts will be held in my indoor carport! I’ve got Tuesday- Thursday open + Sunday 11am-4pm.
Please book early as these are filling up fast. We will work strength, agility, fielding & hitting mechanics. We can do everything but front toss 💪🏽.
This is where real athletes out work the others who are not as disciplined & focused.
