Meet Coach Jered Stitt 🍑

“Cheerleading and tumbling have been a part of my life since I began in high school in Columbus, Ohio. Since then, I have had the opportunity to train, compete, and coach across multiple states, gaining experience from a wide variety of programs, coaching styles, and athletes.

As an athlete, I am a two-time National Champion with Navarro College and have trained with two of the nation’s most respected all-star programs: Cheer Athletics and Spirit of Texas. These experiences have shaped my technical knowledge, work ethic, and passion for developing athletes at every level.

For the past three years, I have proudly served on the NCA and UCA Staff, where I have instructed camps across the country and received multiple Head Instructor Awards for leadership and excellence. Working with athletes of all ages and skill levels has strengthened my commitment to creating a positive, motivating, and safe environment where every athlete can grow.

As a Peach Pit coach for the past 11 months, I have learned ninja training and expanded my knowledge of coaching skills. My goal is to help athletes build strong fundamentals, develop confidence, and reach their full potential while fostering teamwork, discipline, and a genuine love for the sport. Whether an athlete is learning a new skill or striving for elite-level performance, I am passionate about helping them succeed both on and off the mat.”

You’re Invited The Peach Pit Dance Company Auditions THIS Saturday!

When: Saturday, July 18th
Ages 7-10: 7/18 11:00AM - 12:00PM
Ages 11+: 7/18 12:00PM-1:00PM

Where: 1017F Collier Rd (The Peach Pit Collier)

What to expect: Our Dance Company evaluations are designed to give dancers a positive and supportive audition experience while allowing our instructors to observe them in a class-style setting.

Typically, dancers will begin with warm-ups and then move through technical combinations in a three different dance styles. Rather than teaching a full dance to perform, we look at how dancers pick up and execute about a minute of choreography and technique.

The audition order will be:
1. Ballet
2. Jazz
3. Contemporary

For attire, we recommend all black, fitted athletic wear and socks so we can easily see lines and footwork. If your dancer has ballet or jazz shoes, please bring them.

The goal of this auditions is to give dancer’s a fun glimpse into
Peach Pit company life, help build confidence, and create an uplifting experience! We hope to see you there!

USA Gymnastics Region 8 Congress Is Off to a Great Start!

Owner + Founder, Sarah Rhino, led a session on “Utilizing Underused Equipment in the Gym” this morning.

Our Peach Pit gymnasts demonstrated for Sarah’s clinic as well as a handstand clinic.
