When Emilia started receiving Early Childhood Intervention services at just six months old, she was struggling with mobility and speech. She appeared to isolate herself. As a hearing baby in a Deaf household—and the only hearing person in the family—there were unique challenges.

Today, the struggle of those early months has been replaced by smiles and laughter. Emilia’s motor skills have caught up, she’s able to express herself and her personality is blooming!

Bridging Worlds with Early Intervention Any Baby Can's ECI services helped Emilia, a hearing child of Deaf parents in Austin, overcome developmental delays and find her voice through bilingual early intervention.

We’re very proud of our Parents as Teachers (PAT) graduates! These families have worked closely with their Parent Educator during in-home visits to practice skills that enhance learning and bonding. They graduate from this program with the tools they need to handle challenges that may be ahead.

With school ending, summer is officially in session! Join your neighbors to kick off the summer with an ice cream party! Austin Public Library will supply the sweets, you bring your family and friends.

Our Art Therapy group starts in August—and it’s filling up fast! No previous artistic experience is required. You’ll be guided through various media, learning new ways to understand and express your feelings and experiences in a helpful way.

We had a blast at our Mother’s Day celebration at Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park. Moms got to chat and connect while the kids played and did activities! Thank you to Charles Schwab for jumping in to connect with families and helping them make sweet memories.

Our HOPES program partners with several community organizations to set families with young children up for future success.
