In sports we find our families come in all shapes and sizes. Nonetheless, they are what keep us going on our worst and continue to motivate us on our best. Keep those people close to you. Don’t forget to thank them just for being them.

A newer athlete to earning his stripes in his first 5k this past weekend. completed his first 5k and crushed his goal of going sub-20. It’s the beginning of his journey into the running/triathlons, and we couldn’t be more proud of the hard work that he has been putting in!

We’ve got another incredible athlete spot light coming in hot. A story of true grit and determination. A few weeks ago, had geared up for a triathlon that had been canceled due to the hurricanes that have devastated the east coast (our continued support and prayers go out to all those affected). So, what did she do? After a season of setbacks and obstacles, Crystal geared up and completed her own solo half-ironman!
We are so proud of our athletes here and how tirelessly they work. Thank you, for giving us a higher bar to shoot for!

Is zone 2 the best form of training? After a recent interview from Tadej Pocagar, that has been the talk, and here’s what Coach David Wenger has to say about it.Â
“If you’re a full-time athlete, of course it is an absolutely crucial part of your training. However, if you’re training less than 14 hours a week, consider adding in time at threshold. Opting for higher intensity or threshold a few times a week work will give you the extra edge you need on race day.” -
