Guest Esoerotic movement instructor Crystal will guide us through a sultry choreography inspired by salsa, tango, cambia, and bachata full of smooth spins, body rolls, and slow-burn movement. In this second level of this series, we will deepen our exploration of somatic techniques to expand our range of authentic expression through specific areas within the body. We will learn how to weave fluidity with awareness, engage an audience of any size through energy channeling, and explore how even the tiniest shifts in a movement sequence can radically alter a performance's tone and impact.

Are you ready to begin exploring tricks, combos, and spins, through a sensual, embodied, intention-driven approach? This series invites you to continue to build upon your pole foundations while engaging the inner work that awakens your innate, authentic sensuous expression. Each week, we will play with foundational tricks, spins, and combos, continuously weaving them together like a spell into an enchanting sequence.

Expect group discussion and weekly non-pole homework prompts designed to deepen your connection to your embodied movement journey. At the end of the four weeks, you'll have expanded your internal and external wisdom, made connections with other initiates, and feel more confident in your polecravt.

This experience is intended for those with beginner pole experience or those who would like to deepen their practice by coming home to foundations.
