This week we're focusing on how to respect our jumps! Respecting the skills that we learn & do is the biggest piece of the puzzle in parkour. If we don't respect parkour itself then we will only make it so far before we break the equipment or our bodies! Respecting others & ourselves is pretty easy in order to really succeed you must go beyond all that.
