OCTOBER COMMITTED CLUB!

October came down to the wire, but we finished strong! We matched our September Committed Club numbers right at the very end of the month. If that doesn't show commitment, we don't know what does!

25 members earned their spot in the Committed Club by showing up for 12 or more classes in October!

It's not about being perfect. It's about making time, putting in the work, and staying consistent even when life gets busy.

Congratulations to everyone who made the list! We love seeing our MSP family continue to show up for themselves and push each other to be better.

New month. Same commitment. Let's keep it rolling in November!

SEPTEMBER COMMITTED CLUB

September had a great group of members showing up consistently, and we had a lot of first-timers make the Committed Club this month.

For those making the list for the first time, welcome to the club. For our repeat members, keep setting the standard.

We represented the best we could! We both PR'd our Sn**ch complex. We ended up near the top of the leaderboard and we had a blast!

We have a winner!

Erika J. takes the August GOWOD Mobility Challenge with 12 hours and 17 minutes of mobility this month!

As a group, MSP members logged 30 hours and 18 minutes of total mobility. Be sure to retest to see your progress!

But everyone who participated came out ahead. More mobility means better movement, better recovery, and a body that is more prepared to perform.

The leaderboard may be finished, but hopefully the mobility work isn’t. Move better. Feel better. Perform better.
