Now that summer is approaching, we've had a large number of players join the program.

It's very important that all parents take the right action every week to ensure I can keep the training standards at the highest level within my control.

Check in for training
Spots are limited in each session. 2021-2019 groups cap at 9 and all other groups cap at 12. You cannot attend if you don't sign up.

Cancel training sessions you cannot attend
If you can't make it, cancel. If it's the same day, text or email me and I'll cancel it, the system doesn't allow same-day cancellations.

Show up on time
I don't expect very early arrivals, 5-10 minutes before the start time is sufficient. Players can go to the back room to warm up on the rebounders, use the bathroom etc. Players who are consistently excessively late are really bothering me and if it continues, I'm going to cut them from the program.

Sign up for drop-in games
Drop-in games are a popular option for non-members so they could take your spot if you don't sign up early.

Have your child prepared
Proper clothes, shoes, shin guards, and drinks.Talk with them about how these skill-focused sessions will require focus and hard work.

Parent sideline etiquette
Ideally, I want parents to provide zero input directly to the children during the session. I can tolerate occasional direct encouragement or if an injured/emotional child needs brief consoling. I value organic decision making from players and though it seems right, it's very wrong to tell them what to do on and off the ball. I don't mind having conversations with parents about their player development or receiving any appropriate feedback the following day of a practice.

Trust the process
Players who desire to get better, work hard, and attend consistently will achieve results. There are players who have been working with me for 1-2 years that have transformed their technical level and have much higher soccer IQ now. I want the best out of every player. My dedication, effort, and knowledge is in the top echelon of trainers in the region, you can trust that I'm "all in" on your child's development.
