A huge THANK YOU to all of our new and returning students who joined us for Project Forward Orientation! 💙💚

It was so great to see familiar faces, welcomesome of our new students, and get excited for the year ahead. We’re looking forward to a year filled with learning, new friendships, hands-on experiences, and plenty of opportunities to grow.

Our Project Forward garden is flourishing!

What started with seeds, soil, and a lot of hard work has grown into something pretty amazing! Our Project Forward garden is thriving, and we couldn’t be prouder of what our students have accomplished.

From planting and watering to weeding, maintaining, and harvesting, the garden gives our students the opportunity to build hands-on vocational skills, teamwork, responsibility, and confidence—all while seeing the very real results of their efforts.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support our Project Forward Summer Market!

We’re also incredibly grateful to and for welcoming us and providing two wonderful venues for our students to showcase their work.

These markets are about so much more than selling products—they give our students the opportunity to put their skills into action, build their confidence, connect with the community, and take pride in everything they’ve accomplished.

Thank you for helping make this such a meaningful hands-on learning experience for our Project Forward students!

Join Project Forward at a Summer Market on Wednesday, August 5, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harbor Overlook, next to the Hyannis HyArts Artist Shanties and the Snack Shack, (as well as at a second location at Barnstable High School.)

Browse a wonderful selection of items made or assembled by Project Forward students, including crafts, flowers, fresh produce, herbs, culinary treats, and a small assortment of donated household items and costume jewelry.

Getting there is easy! Follow the Walkway-to-the-Sea through the Hyannis Village Green, and take advantage of free parking (up to six hours) in the South, North, and Town Hall public parking lots.

Come support these talented students, shop unique handmade items, and enjoy a beautiful day on the Hyannis waterfront and the second location at Barnstable High School.

Thank you to all who have come out to support the Project Forward Summer Snack Cart!
Highlights from this week:
*We sold out (and have preorders for more) of the Project Forward Culinary protein balls and today's top Seller was the summer program students' chocolate chip banana bread!
*We have one remaining fresh flower bouquet from our Project Forward garden before next week's harvest!
*Sales are steady and we have happy customers returning each day for more tasty treats including iced cold brew, hot Sunrise coffee, muffins, snacks and refreshing drinks!
Stop by and say, "Hi".
Our crew will be on the patio of Tilden Arts Building #1 -Monday - Wednesday 9:30-11am through the month of July.

Our new community garden is beginning to bloom! The very first Zinnia has opened, with lots of buds just waiting to burst into color soon.

This garden is lovingly cared for by our Project Forward students and staff. Students are learning valuable horticultural skills while watching their hard work, patience, and dedication paying off!

Before long, we hope to be creating beautiful bouquets to share 💐
