Join us with the Junior League of Baton Rouge THIS SATURDAY for crafts and storybook readings from 9 AM to noon at the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens! Best suited for ages 3-8. This event is free and open to the public!

American beautyberry is ! This Louisiana native perennial shrub is prized for its vibrant clusters of purple berries that encircle its stems and create a spectacular display of fall color. A favorite of birds, bees, and butterflies, it adds both beauty and wildlife value to the landscape. Adaptable, fast-growing, and low-maintenance, American beautyberry thrives in a variety of garden settings and makes an excellent choice for native plantings.
