At CFB we offer private and group training that will help you achieve and exceed your fitness goals. Classes last an hour and are comprised of warm-up, skill work, workout, and cool down. classes are taught by a coach who will teach form and technique, guide you through the workout, and motivate you to give it your all. Every class our coaches take you through a progression which teaches you step by step the movement, and constant corrections for safety and efficiency. From start to finish- we walk you through.

On Monday we said “see you later” to Sam Bevilacqua as he moves on to play football and obtain his degree from Sewanee University.

Sam is a special breed- he started with us 6 years ago. He would work out at 6am, shower, then walk to middle school. His work ethic never slowed down for a second.
We watched him grow into a smart, funny, and honorable young man.

We are beyond proud of him, and will miss him immensely- except those he beat often in workouts 😎

Don’t be a stranger when you come home Sam, we’re always home for you!!

🍎 Rowathon Fundraiser for Nutrition & Services for Seniors Meals on Wheels - An organization that supports our local seniors!

🚣🏻 Teams of 10+ come together to Row a Marathon- 42,195 meters. $20/Person - Bring cash because our Raffle items are amazing!
