No experience needed-open to anyone 21+ dealing with the challenges of chronic illness.

Join us for all classes or pick the classes that work with your schedule!

$275 for the entire season (9 classes) OR $35 per class if you register individually (card processing fees will apply if not paying with cash or check)

This summer we are wrapping up our De-Stress Sesh 8/10 & 8/12! It’s not too late to join us! Then, September through May, we will be meeting once a month. Those dates and information will be coming soon! Journey with us!
