Strength training isn’t just for Olympians, powerlifters, or people trying to “get huge.”

Strength training is one of the best things you can do for your health.

It can help:
✅ Build and maintain muscle as you age
✅ Improve bone density
✅ Support joint health
✅ Improve balance and coordination
✅ Help reduce body fat while keeping muscle
✅ Make everyday life easier (carrying groceries, picking up your kids, getting off the floor, etc.)
✅ Improve long-term health and quality of life

And no, strength training doesn’t mean you have to become a “gym rat”
It can be as simple as bodyweight movements, dumbbells, resistance bands, machines, or basic weights tailored to your goals and fitness level.
