With 22 years of football experience, including playing at the professional level, Dalton brings a ton of knowledge and passion for the game to our players.
Each Saturday, Dalton will lead a fun, high-energy session that combines skill development with scrimmaging—giving players the chance to learn the game, build confidence, and then put those skills into action!

🏈 Another Awesome Day of Flag Football! 🏈
We had a blast hosting another FREE Bend FC Flag Football Camp on Sunday for girls and boys!
Players spent 2 hours developing their skills, learning different positions, and then putting everything into action through game play. It was great to see everyone competing, learning, and having fun!
🍂 And we’re just getting started!
This fall, we’re excited to continue offering skills-based flag football training led by Dalton Cole, a former Oregon Lightning player and college football player. Dalton will focus on helping athletes build strong fundamentals, improve their football IQ, and learn how to apply those skills in game situations.
Our goal is to give young athletes a fun environment where they can learn the game, build confidence, develop their skills, and PLAY!

Registration is now open for the Bend FC Homework & Soccer Club throughout September!
Designed for 3rd–5th grade students, our new after-school program gives kids a structured place to get their homework done AND spend time on the field developing their soccer skills.

🏈Girls Flag Football Camp! 🏈
We had an awesome turnout Tuesday for our FREE Girls Flag Football Day!
The girls spent the evening learning the fundamentals of the game, developing new skills, and then putting everything into action during a scrimmage. By the end, they weren’t ready to stop playing!
Lots of smiles, laughter, learning, competition, and FUN — exactly what youth sports should be about. 🙌
A huge thank you to all of the players who came out and gave flag football a try. We loved seeing the excitement grow as the night went on and can’t wait to keep building this program!
