Phil’s Area Trail Update
You may notice changes in the Phil’s trail network — a number of social trails are being decommissioned and marked with “Closed for Habitat Restoration” signs.
These unofficial trails can impact wildlife habitat, vegetation, and long-term trail sustainability. Closing and restoring them helps protect the landscape and keeps the trail system healthy for everyone.
Work is happening now, with crews actively decommissioning these trails and installing signage throughout the area.
If you’re out walking, riding, or exploring:
👉 Please respect all closure signs
👉 Stay on designated trails
👉 Help spread the word to friends, dog walkers, and other trail users
We know many people may not see this here — so sharing this post helps reach more of our community. 💚
Thank you for helping care for the places we all love.

We didn’t think the Ripley could get any better, but in this case, we stand corrected. We recently sold this beauty to someone who gave it a no-holds-barred makeover, and we’re loving it!
