GYROKINESIS® is a flowing, breath-based movement method that works your entire body — opening the spine, releasing the hips, building strength from the inside out. It feels somewhere between yoga, dance, and swimming, and it's unlike anything else Birmingham has access to right now.

This workshop is for you if you're a dancer wanting to go deeper. A person living with back pain or tight hips looking for relief. Someone returning to movement after time away. A yoga or Pilates lover ready for something new. Or someone who's simply never tried anything like this and is curious enough to show up. 🙌🏽
