🔥 Friday Night Lights is THIS FRIDAY 🔥

We’re hosting the first Fittest of the Coast qualifier, and it’s FREE for everyone! 🙌 Whether you’re competing, cheering, or just want to hang out, come join us. Heats will run all night, with music 🎶 and drinks 🥤 the whole time.

📅 Friday, October 2nd
🚪 Doors open at 5:45 PM
⏱️ First heat at 6:15 PM

🪧 Be on the lookout for Heat Sign-Ups closer to the workout release on Thursday night @ 5:30pm CST!

💸 No cost, no catch. Everyone is welcome!

📹 Doing the qualifier? Make sure you have video proof or a judge for your workout so your score counts.
**We will have judges!**

After the last heat, we’ll all head out to grab dinner together 🍽️ (OPTIONAL)
